Benchmark Statements

As an administrator of benchmarks and pursuant to Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 (the “Benchmark Regulation” or “BMR”), Global Property Research B.V. (GPR) is obliged to publish a benchmark statement for a benchmark if it shall be used in the European Union (the “Benchmark Statement”). Here the relevant Benchmark Statements are listed that hold the information required pursuant to Article 27 of the BMR and Article 1 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1643.

For benchmarks that persue ESG objectives details in relation to ESG factors should be disclosed. Below the relevant Benchmark Statements are listed that hold the information required pursuant to Annex II to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1816.
